The set includes an 8" Stealth Chef's Knife, 9" Scalloped Bread Knife, 6" Utility Knife, 5" Cheese & Tomato Knife, 3.5" Paring Knife, and an Acacia magnet knife block that holds up to 10 knives.

The bolsterless heel simplifies all cutting, sharpening, and honing tasks, making use of the entire blade from heel to tip. The walnut burl features a rich brown flared pattern and is prized for its strength as a material.

The knives are one piece, hot-drop hammer forged from German 1.4116 steel alloy. The 15-degree blades are hand-stropped on a cloth wheel, creating the sharpest possible cutting surface on an edged tool.
