The Oliva Elite 8 Inch Stealth Chef's Knife features a blade, bolster, and tang that are one piece, hot-drop hammer forged in Solingen, Germany. It also boasts a natural, Mediterranean olive wood handle for a secure, ergonomic grip with unsurpassed balance. The Meridian Elite 9 Inch Stealth Chef's Knife is made in Solingen, Germany, with a 15° Elite edge geometry.

The Overland Chef 8 Inch Chef's Knife is crafted in Maniago, Italy, with a 16° edge angle. The Adventure Chef Folding 6 Inch Chef's Knife has a 15° edge geometry and a blade made in Germany, with the assembly done in China. The blade steel for all our knives is sourced from Germany.

Our 15-degree blades are handcrafted from German 1.4116 steel alloy, ensuring knives that are sharp and easy to maintain. The fine-edged blade can be conveniently sharpened from heel to tip.

The Oliva Elite steak knives feature a 4.5-inch personal-sized slicing blade with an upward curved tip to slice portions of meat. With a multi-edge blade, the saw teeth provide added cutting power when separating meat from bone.
